Matchmaking – Building Research and Innovation Partnerships

As part of #EUTechStudyVisit2025, a dedicated matchmaking session organised by Industry Contact Points will give participants the chance to connect directly with representatives from academia, industry, and public institutions.

The meetings aim to:

• identify complementary partners for joint projects in EU programmes (Horizon Europe, preparation for FP10),
• exchange research ideas, technological needs, and expertise,
• build long-term collaborations that support cross-border cooperation.

Matchmaking will take the form of short, pre-scheduled 10-minute B2B meetings, enabling participants to quickly present their activities, collaboration needs, and cooperation offers.

Through the matchmaking platform, participants can:

• showcase their expertise and project interests,
• explore the profiles of other participants,
• schedule meetings tailored to their priorities.

This structured networking format is a highly effective way to foster partnerships and initiate concrete research and innovation projects in the European context.
