On 26–28 November 2025,

the Polish Chamber of Commerce for High Technology (IZTECH), together with Flanders Investment & Trade, the National Centre for Research and Development and the Industry Contact Points Network, invite you to participate in a unique STUDY VISIT TO BRUSSELS AND FLANDERS dedicated to European cooperation in research, innovation, and technological development.

The event will bring together representatives from academia, industry, and public administration from Poland and Flanders, creating space for partnerships, knowledge exchange, and joint planning of European projects.

Highlights include:

• meetings with representatives of the European Parliament, the European Commission and the European Partnerships,
• presentations of the potential of Polish and Flemish research and industry institutions,
• matchmaking event focused on Horizon Europe calls and preparations for FP10,
• discussions on European policies related to technological sovereignty and R&I funding,
• networking with representatives of the Brussels ecosystem,
• site visits to Flemish companies, R&D hubs and innovation campuses.

Before the event, we plan to hold online workshops on “International collaboration” to prepare participants for the study visit.

COSTS:

Participation in the visit is free of charge.

Participants cover the costs of their trip to Brussels and Flanders (travel and accommodation).
